I have had this device working under Windows 8 x64, but now I have Windows 8.1 x64 (clean installed) and it simply doesn't see the device.
Under Windows 8 (as far as I can remember) it showed an unknown device, which I selected the device software from the list. However, in Windows 8.1 it simply doesn't show a device. There is no unknown device, or any device which could be the receiver. When I unplug it, and put it in another USB-port, it simply doesn't notice something is happening. No 'USB-unplug' sound, and when plugged back in, not giving any feedback. What can I do to still get this thing working? Comments are closed.
